White Paper on the reform of Australia Tax System

Tax reform will be in the spotlight over coming months as the government works towards delivering a White paper on reform of Australia Tax System by the end of 2015. The myriad issues to consider include whether the Australian Tax System is internationally competitive, whether enough revenue will be raised to meet future challenges such as the ageing population and whether Australia has the right mix of taxes.

The Tax White Paper will be coordinated with the Federation White Paper, given there will be areas of overlap, Any proposed changes will be taken to the next election.
